The founder and director of Elev8Careers, Miranda's absolute mission in life is to support people to find purpose and meaning in their working life. With over ten years experience in the field of CEIAG she has supported thousands of people from teenagers starting out through to those coming towards the end of their working life. Miranda holds the Qualification in Careers Guidance, a degree in Psychology, a Morrisby Psychometric Test administrator and is on the Career Development Institute's Professional Register.
She loves food, music and her miniature dachshund!

Marina Del-Gaudio
Qualified to Level 6 with the Diploma in Career Guidance Studies and 6 years experience working in the careers field. Marina uses the person focused approach and specialises in working with young people pre-GCSE and at Level 3, supporting young people during the often tricky transitions of secondary education and on to University, Apprenticeship and Employment.

Mark Anderson
A Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser with over 17 years of experience working in schools and colleges across the South East. He is passionate about the profession of career guidance and feels all young people have the right to access career support and to choose pathways that are right for them as individuals. He is also a qualified Life Coach, so his approach is very holistic, using skills to enable an individual to move from where they are to where they want to be in all areas of their life. Mark is married with 4 children and loves Man Utd and KFC hot wings!

An innovative and knowledgeable careers guidance practitioner experienced in advice and guidance. Enthusiastic and self-motivated using a ‘hands on’ and personalised approach towards each individual client; focuses strongly on client need and utilises person centred practice. Tailors a range of interventions flexibly and creatively to maximise positive and meaningful outcomes for each client. Jac has extensive experience of working with multi-agencies to support vulnerable and at risk young people and those with complex needs.

Terry has the Dip Careers Gudiance and the A1 Assessor Award.
She has worked delivering GEIAG mainly in the London area as well as in Hertfordshire, Surrey and Sussex mostly in schools and 16 - 19 year olds as well as adults. She has run UCAS centres, worked on NCS contracts, various funded projects and been lead on the Matrix at various times. She has also run training sessions and delivered psychometric testing including Morrisby.
She is a strong believer in the careers education element of CEIAG and that it is important to have careers education delivered in schools and colleges both within the curriculum and during tutorials in order to support and increase the impact of 1-2-1 impartial careers advice.

With excellent interpersonal skills, she is skilled in multi-agency working and experienced in developing and sustaining positive and trusting relationships with clients.
She has worked with Elev8Careers since 2014 providing careers information and guidance to Year 9 – Year 13 students both individually, and in groups. Supporting transitions, future planning and career exploration.
In addition to 1:1 counselling, she has lead workshops, enrichment days, attended school assemblies, and events such as National Apprenticeships week and the Big Bang fair.

She has experience of providing IAG to a range of different learners from entry level up to Level 3. Her particular specialism is careers guidance for young people with SEN in both mainstream and specialist settings and in particular working with Deaf young people and also those with Communication difficulties and Autism. She uses an inclusive communication approach in my careers work and also has achieved BSL qualifications at Levels 1 & 2.
