I looked at four different companies and met with representatives to see what they could offer and what the cost would be for CEIAG.  Whilst some of the bigger companies were able to offer glossy brochures and boasted large numbers of highly qualified staff, I chose you because of the personal touch that you offered, including very importantly the 24 hour advice and guidance on line opportunity for our students and parents.  Your qualification was as high as anyone else’s, yet your small outfit offered a much more friendly and personalised approach, and your fees sounded good value for money. I have not been disappointed. Despite the long journey from your work base, you have never failed to turn up at the arranged times, sometimes extremely early in order to do assemblies etc., and your friendly, approachable manner is something all of our students have benefited from.  Despite me being frequently unavailable or busy when you need me, you have unfailingly kept to your side of the deal in seeing our students and producing Careers Action Plans to support them. Feedback from an adult career changer

Like having your own personal motivational career coach". I recently had the fortune to receive some incredibly insightful and pinpoint accurate career guidance from Miranda Glavin. Having at first been a little skeptical of such services, Miranda proceeded within seconds to reassure me 100 fold through her exceptional attention to the detail in my CV, observant - and sometimes difficult to say- feedback and brand new never thought of before recommendations, tips and techniques to increase my chances of finding the elusive role I was searching for. All that's left to add is that since my CV review with Miranda - and over 50 applications with no success - my "post-Elev8 life" is looking remarkably bright - I now have two interviews for some very high level jobs thanks to Miranda's dedicated service and support. The interview for the apprenticeship was arranged for my son by your careers advisor Miranda who also wrote to him in the half term asking him how he got on at the interview. Working for Elev8Careers as a Freelance Career Advisor for the past 9 years has enabled my professional guidance skills to grow, remain relevant within the current education system and enhance my person centred approach.  I have been brilliantly supported to deliver guidance to a vast client group, including mainstream schools, specialist further education and special educational needs.
